    Grounds & Outdoor Environment Care

Landscaping and groundskeeping  (lawns, trees, shrubs, seasonal preparation) as well as walkways, parking areas, playgrounds, and outdoor lighting are kept clean and serviceable, paying particular attention to deterioration and hazardous conditions.

We review contracts for trash and recycling management, as well as snow/ice management.

    Safety, Risk Management & Compliance

Fire/life safety checks (exits, extinguishers, smoke detectors, etc.) are inspected and maintained annually. We are certified A2A (Accessible to All).
